Foundation Classes-The On Ramp
We focus on improving people's general fitness levels. This starts with learning proper form and movement of the exercises. For this reason, new members are required to complete 6 Foundation Classes during their initial 3 weeks of training. New members can attend Mon/Wed or Tues/ Th at 7:30 pm for 3 weeks. The member must pre-register for these classes.
These new members are also able to attend any WOD Class listed on the calendar while they are going through their Foundation period. These classes do not require pre-registration.
This process allows new members a chance to get acclimated to the intensity of the training while learning proper form and techniques on a gradual process.
